What’s Happening at Williams 10-23-23
This week your child will bring home a school climate survey that we do every October. This survey is a universal survey created by the state of Michigan to help schools gather information on how things are going. After you take the survey, sign your child’s survey slip and they will earn a ticket for prizes.
Bible Release will start this week for any child that was signed up by their parent or guardian.
We will be having our Halloween parties on Friday. Your teacher should have been in contact with you regarding what they will be doing. Students are allowed to wear costumes to school. We want to make sure that costumes are suitable for all ages so we ask that there are no weapons, blood, or gore. Additionally, students are not allowed to wear masks as we need to be able to see their faces.
Cold and flu season is here. Please make sure you call Mrs. Nash at the office if your child is going to be out sick or going to the doctor. We cannot excuse absences that are not called in within 24 hours. If you take your child to any kind of doctor, always get a note so we can excuse it. School starts at 8:00, so please make sure your child is dropped off by 7:55 at the latest. Thanks!
Please pick up a 2023 Bond Fact Sheet in our lobby. Polls open on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 7am to 8pm.
