What’s Happening at Williams May 27th, 2024
Our school Library is officially closed and all student books should be returned to the library. If your child has a lost or misplaced book please look for it and return it. If you can’t find it, please make sure you settle up on the bill you will be getting to replace it.
Our Annual Field Day will be this Thursday, May 30th. The weather forecast is calling for 72 degrees and full sun. We ask that you make sure that your child has a water bottle with them. (Please make sure it is labeled with their name.) Students in grades 3-5 will participate in activities in the morning from 9:00-11:00am and our KP-2nd grade students will participate in the afternoon from 12:00-2:30. It will be a good idea to send sunscreen to school with them. (Please label this with their name as well.)
All student iPads/Chromebooks will be collected this Friday (May 31st). We ask that the device be returned to school fully charged and turned off. We will not be collecting chargers this school year. Please store chargers somewhere safe for next year when they get their device back.
Remember, there is no school this Monday, May 27th! Happy Memorial Day! School resumes Tuesday, May 28th.
A big thank you goes out to our PTA for having volunteers here to make our students popcorn on Friday. Our students just love popcorn Friday’s!
This Friday will be our last Dollar Day of the year. The theme is U.S.A. Day and everyone is encouraged to wear anything and everything red, white, and blue!
