What’s Happening at Williams:  Week of 10-12-26

  • Save the date!  PTA meeting on Tuesday, October 13th at 3:10 in the library.  We love to meet new parents.

  • Parent/Teacher Conferences are this week on Wednesday and Thursday.  If you have not received your day and time from the teacher, please reach out to them to schedule that.  

  • This Friday is a ½ day, AM only!  Dismissal is at 11:30am.

  • The weather in Michigan can be unpredictable and this means varying temperatures. Please be sure to send your child to school dressed appropriately to be outside for approximately 30 minutes. Please let us know if you need assistance providing appropriate outerwear for your child.  Our school rule says that if it is 50 degrees or lower, they must have a coat.

  • The cold and flu season is here.  Please make sure you call Mrs. Nash at the office if your child is going to be out sick or going to the doctor.  We cannot excuse absences that are not called in within 24 hours.  If you take your child to any kind of doctor, always get a note so we can excuse it.  School starts at 8:00, so please make sure your child is dropped off by 7:55 at the latest.  Thanks!

  • On another note our Fall Scholastic Bookfair will be Monday-Thursday this week.  The students will write down a wish list on Monday or Tuesday and then will be able to go back to the book fair on Wednesday and Thursday to shop.  Parents will also have the option to shop with their child on Wednesday and Thursday at conferences.  We could still use a few more volunteers.  If you are willing or interested, please use the link below to sign up.
