Week of March 14, 2022
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be March 23rd and March 24th this month. Please make sure that you have scheduled a conference for your child(ren). We will be doing a “Book Swap” during conferences. Students are asked to bring in books that they no longer read and “swap” them for a different book. We will have tables set up around the building for the books.
St. Patrick’s Day is this Thursday. Traditionally, people wear green on St. Patrick’s Day so dig out those green clothes!
As part of March is Reading Month we will be spending time reading rhyming books and poetry this week. To wrap up the week, we are asking everyone to dress in silly clothes on Friday.
To plan ahead to the next week, Tuesday, March 22nd will be “Read My Shirt” day. We are asking students to wear shirts with words on them and then on Friday, March 25th, we will have our March Dollar Day by dressing as Dr. Seuss characters or by wearing black, red, and/or white.
