Week of May 2, 2022
This week is Teacher Appreciation Week! Our hope is that if you feel so inclined, that you would let our teachers know how much you appreciate them and all that they do.
We will be holding our Scholastic Book Fair this week. Students will have the opportunity to visit and shop with their classroom. We will also be hosting a Parent Night for the Book Fair on Wednesday, May 4th from 4-6:00 pm.
Additionally, on Wednesday, May 4th from 4-6:00 pm, we will be hosting a Title I Family Night. There will be stations that you can visit with your child(ren), including some with make and take activities and some with books to take home.
Good news! Our state M-Step testing for our 3rd-5th graders is all finished.
This week we start our local NWEA Testing. This testing is very important. The data from this testing helps us place students for next year’s classrooms and allows your child’s future teacher to see what they know. Please remind your child to do their best, get a good night sleep, and eat a good breakfast.
